Casters/Healer(?) LF midcore 5.0 Static GMT+9/GMT+8

Looking for Midcore 5.0 Static
pref easy-going and friendly group without elitist sauce. being salty is ok (since it's normal for human lol), respect each other is all that matters.
Mainly play casters (as my gearing priority order SMN --> BLM --> RDM), can handle melee job like ninja but lack experience. i also can play healers (WHM & SCH) on certain savages raid but still also lack experience. have terrible experience with AST so decide to leave it for now and gonna see what 5.0 job adjustment will be.
raid experience based on pug-level gameplay, the only static experience i have was ultimate ultima weapon with SMN. (until predation)
can check "that site" but not much can be seen.
