The PS4 and Xbox one game pad is not working on Mac OS

Steps:
1. Connect my PS4 and Xbox one game pad on Mac, make sure it's working. I followed https://www.macworld.co.uk/how-to/ma...r-mac-3626259/ as most of the people do
2. Login the game properly, and make sure I can do all the actions with my mouse and key board.
3. Try to use PS4 and Xbox one game pad to control my character
4. Nothing response.

It's 100% percent reproducable.
