Same, i like the beach/seaside settings, i kinda get lost driving at Gridania at night, and well Uldah has a lot of potential if SE just glamored it more starwars naboo style, but i have my apartment there, I'm a bit sentimental being the place i first arrived in eorzea XD

Shiro would be number 1 (as it's where my place is), but the beach isn't as good as Mist's and the directions the houses face in is nonsense. Why is my beautiful mansion facing AWAY from the beach its situated on?

Couldn't agree more. This was the reason I didn't try for a house there. I remember when it first came out and you could go in and see the layout. Like 10 people were standing around that mansion lot, and we were all saying why have it facing away from the water. I guess they may have going been for more of a neighborhood vibe, with the houses on either side of the street facing each other. I don't know.

One of my favorite things about my house in the Mist is being able to sit in my front yard and craft, while looking out on the water. Or to just sit on a bench and watch the sun set.
