The moderation staff on this game is far beyond my expectations. I've NEVER had other game staff handle reports and allegations so promptly and professionally.
I'll admit I could have handled the situation with the pair of rude individuals better, I fully intend to take it as a learning experience; regardless of how angry they had made me.
