Achievements approaching Completion window pops up even when set not to

Date & Time: noticed 5/4/19 12:00 am
Frequency: every time I log in
World name: Excalibur & Famfrit
Character name: Hadeus Hellwalker (Excalibur) & Zuleus Domarsha (Famfrit)
Steps:
1. Turn on PS4 and boot up the game
2. Log into either of my characters
3. Once the game is done loading and the hud appears the "Achievements approaching completion:" window pops up even thou I have it unchecked in the Character Configuration > UI Settings > General tab
4. Tried checking and unchecking the box, log out and back in after checking or unchecking the box to see if that had any effect on the window but it still popped up every time I logged in to either of my Characters
