Moogle Head / Attire

I posted this once already and can't find it, have no idea what happened to it. I know the Moogle Attire is no longer available on the Mog station, but is there any place to just obtain the head ?
It's sad that the Mog station no longer carries some of these items, leaving new players high and dry on some very cute items.
