1. Lost 10 mil+ gil overnight unexpectedly
2. have checked all retainers and banks (it is not there)
3. Have submitted a ticket for compromised account
4. Have changed my Square Enix password after this has happend
5. Have transferred world servers from Excalibur to Famfrit recently (problem happend on Excalibur)

I guess someone hijacked your account and traded them away. That's why you use a one-time-password.

A system I've seen is a log that shows you how much currency you gained during your playtime, and how much you've spent. A tracker like this would be handy to know where and figure out how it poofed.

Yeah, its a little frustrating. I dont even know if this can be helped or if i can be reimbursed... i only bought 5 shakshouka off the market board the night before, log in a day after then poof.. gil is gone.

Ive checked everything. Mail, retainers.. i never use them for money banks. Just storgate for junk hoarding purposes lol.
