Aim: Clear ASAP, Get BiS, Get out.

Requirements:

Preferred O12S cleared
Turning up to raid on time
Preparing for raid (Food, Gear, Reading up on guides)
Have a good understanding of you job/role
Listen in discord
Positive attitude
