Fantasia potion

I used a fantasia potion and did not get the option to change. I removed ALL gear and the soul crystal. I logged out and then back in. I logged all the way out, closed out game. I right clicked, no option to change. I do not know where to get help on this issue but I need some help so here I am.

This might sound like a silly question, but best to confirm, are you sure it wasn't a "Retainer Fantasia" (retainer ventures/marketboard) instead of an actual "Fantasia" (level 50 quest reward/Mogstation purchase)?

Best way to confirm is just talk to any Retainer Vocate NPC in starting cities/market area and see if they have an option for change a retainer which you wouldn't normally have unless you've used a Retainer Fantasia.

Thank you for your suggestion. I went to a Retainer Vocate and there was no option to change my retainers appearance. I might mention these are Fantasia potions I received as a reward versus ones I purchased. I had 4 total and used 2 with no problem. I am not sure what is going on now though with this one. Thanks again for replying.
