World Transfer Help

:confused: I am considering a transfer from Phoenix (EU) to an NA server. I am unclear on the last day I can make the change without losing a lot of gil & items plus an apartment. Please help, as if I am going to transfer I'd rather do it sooner than later (if it's not too late already).

The free transfers with the removal of most restrictions ended a while ago for the EU.

Unfortunately they only gave two short weeks for everyone to move with less restrictions from the EU data center.
