this is still a couple months early but I'm looking for a team that would ideally clear tiers early (week 1 ~ 3) without 12+ hour days. highly pref BLM but I don't mind flexing to different jobs if the group is outstanding (I have raid experience as tank, melee, ranged, and caster). TZ is GMT+9 and mostly free evenings.

cleared Delta/Sigma week 1.

working on UCOB (24% golden), have not attempted UWU yet.
