World visit system not usable for Cerberus because of unusual queue behavior

Starting from Friday (April, 26), World Visit system appears to be broken for Cerberus because of queue issues. Behavior description:- queue gets stuck on the same position for hours (I've seen reports for up to 5 hours and personally experienced 4 hours queue time);
- queue might break at any time, both during the prime hours and off-peak time;
- sometimes queue works as expected, usually for 10-30 minutes before breaking up again;
- system breaks for both coming in and out of the server and both for people having Cerberus as a home server and world visitors;
- to my knowledge, issue appeared a couple of times on other servers (Omega and Ragnarok. I've seen reports from Shiva as well).
This unexpected behavior makes a new World Visit system unusable for me and people trying to use World Visit system when it breaks.

I'm experiencing same problem, i can't even go back to my home world since 2 days now. I will have to transfer to another server if this problem is not fixed! :(
So please SE make Cerberus GREAT AGAIN! :D
