so in towns and cities I am fine but when I am in dungeons or doing maps I get the red ball, everyone is moving fine and I can follow them on my screen but I am frozen on theirs. my sending and receiving shoots up to 10-20k when this happens. is it happening for anyone else or is this just me? been like this since the server visits happened.

I do not know how to provide a system report sorry. and its been happening since the last patch went live. I have tried to update my drivers and reset my router. I am hard wired into my router as well and never had a problem since the patch.

To provide a system report, simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' Is there an error message that appears on the crash? If so, please provide the error message in your next reply.

Is the game allowed through the fire wall at all? If not, please make make sure the FFXIV application is allowed through it. The launcher also uses Internet Explorer settings. Try the following:
- The game will use the Internet Explorer web browser to connect to the internet. Open Internet Explorer, then open the "Tools" setting, go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
- Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
- Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
- Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
- Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
- Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
- Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
- Right-Click on the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Properties"
- Go to the "Compatibility" tab, and change the compatibility mode to "Windows 7"
- Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.
- Please RESTART your PC now. Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator"

I tried all that and im still getting random Red ball, its still the same I can move and cast and see things in real time but its not registering any of my abilities my sending and receiving reach 22-45k during this time and doing content and raiding is getting to be a real pain I cant heal reliably or dps or tank. it has stopped me from doing any content at all at this point. is this something server side? I have tried many things on my end and nothing is working. all I can do is craft atm and that is not really that fun for someone who has everything at 70...
this is highly annoying i can not do any content at all at this point I am literally paying for a game i can not play besides sitting around and afking at this point.
yeah sames been happening since server change up, rubberbanding, huge lag spikes, crashes, right at last patch it became noticeable small at first but it's since gotten incrementally worse were talking anywhere from 3 second lag to upwards of 30 seconds to a minute The minute long spikes cause the game to crash. this makes alliance raiding more than a pain it becomes unplayable at that point and I feel bad subjecting people to that kind of mess from myself it always happens from like 9PM-On till early morning CST
shoot i would just be happy with an Admin saying they are looking into it and will be fix shortly.... if this will be like this up to shadowbringers then i took my vacation for nothing.
