Leve amount questions

I just came back to the game recently with a friend and we seem to be having different experiences with leve amounts allowed and resets. When we played last you we're allowed 4 from each main city per day and that was it. Now, from what I understand, you get 4 allowances every 12 hours and the allowances stack up to 99. As long as you have leves allowed you can do as many as you want and these allowances are shared between all main cities.

On the other hand my friend says she has only been allowed 4 per main city every 12 hours like old times. Could someone give a clear explanation on leve allowances and resets, please? Thanks!

Well you can only take 8 in your journal at a time. so maybe this is why your friend is think it's the same. However when you complete those 8, you can get 8 more right away. Just you can't accept more than 8 at once. This goes for local leves too, so most you can get is 16 leves at a time, 8 regional and 8 local.

You get 4 every 12 hours regardless of the city.

You can only take 8 leves at a time still.

also both local and battle leve will be charged from the same leve count. so if you have 8battle and 8 local, you just used 16 leve from your total.

Also, you can only get 4 leves per camp at a time. Once you complete them, you can get more.
