New opening movie?

Anyone know if they have said anything about redoing the opening cinimatic for 2.0? Considering how far SE is moving this game from being relient on guild leves, it seems like the original won't fit the 2.0 model.

I am curious also about whether or not they will redo the opening cutscenes for each city as well, considering they are all about to change with the umbral era.

No they've only mentioned a new CG film for 2.0. It wasn't specified if it will be replacing the current opening CG.

Kick ass, couldnt find it anywhere where he said he had, so I thought i would ask the community. Thanks guys, consider this thread closed please.

They said they would show a new cinematic at E3 this year. Going to be a lot of promotion for 2.0 at E3.
