PSA to all the people farming Garo stuff

5.1 is about six months away.

Y'all don't need to panic and flip out and get your stuff this week.
Chill out, you have plenty time to get your Wolf Marks and stuff.

But when all people panic now the queue times will become shorter :O

the wolf marks are not really an issue, the wins will take some time thou

As an aside, if you're doing the Feast, please don't chase people behind the LoS walls when you're at half HP. It makes my healer soul weep.

Its sad its ending it was one of the best sets out there and pretty unique, yes theres time but later we might only use pvp for the daily roulette due being bussy in SHB, i kinda feel pushed to finish it too... though im in the wrong grand company for that xD

I'm never going to bother with the achievements as I don't enjoy PVP, but it'll be sad to see the gear go. Some of the pieces have really nice designs, and there's the invisible PLD shield as well.

Now I have to go through the decision process of which ones I might ever possibly want for each of my characters, and whether I want the dyeable PVP versions enough to suffer through PVP for them.

The dyeable butterfly hairpin is a must, and a lot of the coats look good on my Elezen.

Fingers crossed for a price reduction in 5.0, at least.

Might as well farm it now while theres not much else going on. In 5.0 there will be new pvp glams to spend wolf marks on and who wants to be using them on Garo at that point? :o

I have no interest in "quick, go do this content you don't like before we take your rewards away forever!" pushes. I had more than enough of that in WoW.

It might be half a year away, but once Shadowbringers comes out, there are going to be so many new things in the game I'd much rather be spending my time on than PvP.

While I'm with you in that I don't particularly like content that makes you have to fight an impending deadline, the Garo cross-over has been around for over 2 years. I wouldn't say that qualifies as rushing the player base. ;)
