Game crashing but only in eureka, nowhere else

When loading into eureka (First time here, so starter area) it will work for a few minutes sometimes, then i get a crash with a screech noise in my headset, then this pops up:

An unexpected error has occured. Exiting final fantasy XIV. (with the date here)

I've looked up many solutions, tried reinstalling, updated drivers, went down to dx9, windows 7 compatibility mode, but nothing has fixed it. i really don't wanna miss out on a whole part of the game because of crashes... :(

Reinstalling again seems to have fixed it, noticed that the magia melder device was invisible before, now i see the device? i guess the installer was missing a file before, but got it this time. weird.
