balance materia

Level 1 materia shouldnt be needing lvl 26 blacksmithing for instance to fit in a lvl 20 weapon.. its rediculous
By the time i am lvl 26 blacksmithing i will be using a lvl 30 weapon. and let me guess then i need lvl 40 blacksmithing to add something.

now i can agree on higher levels of materia like lvl 3 or 4 needing higher skills to add it.
I would like to see it more balanced . low levels materia needing less higher skill to add it.
I had a huge problem finishing the quest because i needed a handskill at 18. and finaly i had lvl 18 blacksmithing only to find out theres no materia i can use to add to any of my armors/ weapons or anything

You need a crafter that matches the equipment's level or better.

So a level 20 weapon needs a 20+ crafter, 35 weapon needs a 35+ crafter, etc. If you level up a crafting class alongside your battle class you will be able to attach materia to your low level gear as you start out new classes. You can also shout for help (autotranslate will go a long way here, too).

I have a person in my ls, who just started 2 weeks ago, and is doing just that. While we were out camping NMs he was attaching materia to gear to use. It is a lost art.

the lvl needed to attach is the same lvl as the gear.

In most cases its not even worth attaching materia to low level gear.
