Bring back nightmares!

I know this has been brought up before but I am bringing it up again. If you did not play v1, when you logged out in an inn room there would be times when you would have a nightmare. A brief flash where you would see something or other, like this...

It had no impact on the story but it had a huge impact on the feel of the end of v1, for lack of a better descriptor. Small things like this added a whole lot to the atmosphere and with the coming of the warrior of darkness I would love love love to see things like this again. It wasn't much and they were brief, but like I said, they added so much flavor and were the buzz when they started happening out of no where.

Small little things that tie in with the story but are of little consequence add so much to a game that I would love to see them brought back.

Maybe interactable things on the map that would give us a brief vision or flashback, like the WoL has in the trailer. Something that would get us out of our houses and explore the world looking for them would be insanely great, even if they had no reward. Anything to add flavor and get us out of our houses would be good. The world feels so bland after you get thru the msq and can fly over everything. Things like this would be an easy way to spice it up a lil!

I didn't know 1.0 did this but that's cool as hell and I would LOVE something like that!

I would actually sleep in inns more often If I had the chance for dreams or nightmares, that would be rad

Why would I need more nightmares? I already have a voice in my head and My life is already an endless spire of nightmares and suffering.







We suppose it would be cool though.

I'd never see them. The only time I use inn rooms is when I want to set up a new glamour, which is extremely rare. (I have just two at this time)..

While we are on the topic, being able to log out on a bed in your apartment/house and FC house to the same animation and thus possibility to have a dream or nightmare would be just grand.

But if Hildebrand enters my room while I'm sleeping again, I'll kick him right in the mush!
