Exception raised
After the new update, I get this every time I try to log in:
"Exception raised
Unhandled page fault on read access to 0xe3c82de0 at address 0xa7d8e280.
Would you like to create a crash report?"
I've tried deleting the application and redownloading/reinstalling the application, and I still get the same message. I have the latest mac update (MacOS Mojave on my desktop: 2.9GHz Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 memory, NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 1GB graphics).
FFXIV version 1.0.011314
mac version 10.14.4 (18E226)

Please let me know as soon as you have a fix. Thanks in advance.

My issue still hasn't been addressed yet, so bumping it up.

Still unresolved. You guys suck.

Reached out to Square Enix Support Center, exchanged emails and provided them with all the data they needed, and they responded by telling me to reach out to the technical support staff in the online forum. That's you guys, right? Why is my issue being ignored? You've taken and continue to take my money without providing access to the product and service. Is the problem that Square-Enix is overworking its support staff and they don't have time to devote to every issue? Is the support staff not experienced enough to handle issues like this? Is it a lack of incentives or accountability? Why am I being ignored and given the run-around?

You need to provide the informations here again with the correct form.
Support Center and Technical Support are two different departments not directly connected.

Thanks for trying to contribute. It's good to know the player community looks out for each other. I just find it appalling that no one from Square Enix has reached out to me on this thread. Nor has anyone provided me with any suggestions or meaningful feedback after I reached out via email. I've already searched all related situations on the forum, and I've tried all the prescribed solutions (app cleaner, redownload/reinstall, etc.). I'm unsubscribing & calling it quits on the game. Wish you all the best & very happy gaming. I hope the members of the technical support staff know that I wish you all the best as well. From what I've read online from former members of staff, I'm sure the fault lies with the top-down approach through which Square-Enix runs & operates.

They do respond, but usually take a few days.

Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
I apologize for the delay in our response to your concern. While the game may be the catalyst to the error described in the original post, it may be caused by something else. Though your computer meets system requirements, this error could be caused by configuration of the Mac itself. Unfortunately we are unable to assist in this issue, as it falls outside the scope of our trouble shooting. In order to get assistance for this error, please contact the manufacturer as they can best assist in this problem.
This thread will be moved to " Separate Support Required".
