Primal Drop System, Totem/Nut Charm and Taper/Keystone: Infos about it?

With the upcoming Patch 1.21 a lot of new features will be implemented and, since there is no Official Patch Notes yet, I'd like to ask to Dev Team if there will be some updates for Primal Drop System. :p
It's been said that the Dev Team was thinking about changing it, making a 100% Drop for Totem/Nut Charm but less in number or something like that. But since then, no news have been released, and now with 1.21 imminent I'm curious to know infos about this.
On the other hand I'd like to mark the uselessness of Tapers/Keystones.
- If you win the fight you have to wait 15 mins
- In this time you can easily collect 10 Tapers/Keystones
Well, I can understand that this can be a method to spend time between a fight and the next one, but it's a loss of time. From my point of view there are three possible solutions:
- Wait 15 mins without the need of Tapers/Keystones (To collect all 7 weapons you have to win over 100+ times = 1000+ Keystones!)
- Remove 15 mins wait, and keep the Tapers/Keystones system. In this way people that have for example 20 Keystones can immediatly re-enter the BC
- Adjust drop rate/drop system. :D (No duplicates, Key Items instead of Weapons to trade with Rowena, ecc.)
