So i moved servers and got the money for moving but when i go to the resident caretaker it does not let me re claim my items. Anyone else having this issue?

Im sorry to say but if you didnt take it out of storage its gone, it doesnt transfer over servers.

Any furniture you left in your old house/apartment would have been destroyed together with the house when you moved servers.
You should have picked up all the furniture you could and stored them in your inventory or on retainers before transferring.
For those cases where you do get reimbursement for your old house/apartment when transfering, you also get a fixed amount of gil as reimbursement for any furniture that you could not pick up. -

Anything that was in the house after initiating a transfer is destroyed. The 3m gil bonus (500k for apartments) compensation for furniture is for anything you were unable to store on your personal/retainer inventory.Quote:

Should have read the transfer notes and what to do. They made it very clear that your housing items would be deleted.
