Unable to launch FINAL FANTASY 14 [11034][5][19900][5]

HI was trying to launch my game today and received this error code.
Reinstalled, forwarded ports, changed internet settings.

I am on PC. Would love work around or fix.

Are you trying to connect to to Final Fantasy XIV through wifi? Or, are you connected directly to the router? Is the Final Fantasy XIV application allowed through the fire wall?

directly to router. firewall is setup to allow. tested with firewall off as well
