[Eureka] Remove Prep for Pops

With the Data Centers changed and the world populations drastically reduced, it's time we saw all the NMs spawn on a timer rather than a monster kill prep.

Eureka would be even more tolerable if one NM triggered the next NM. It would encourage a lot more players to join and provide a lot more incentive for folks to get their weapons.

Killing over 100 enemies when only 18 people are in an instance is too much to ask.

The Datacenter adjustment has severely nerfed populations in Eureka, please consider how this has affected the relic system.

I’m guessing Eureka will pick back up later in the week, lots of people camping housing and enjoying the world visit system today.

I'm really worried about Eureka post sh.b today I lost several nm's because the 10 people in the zone wanted to do bunnies instead of get crystals. Thats so flawed. I hate that bunnies are even a thing. It just takes people away from the meaningful objectives.

I disagree...bunnies are so meaningful that they are being introduced as playable characters.
