Game Crash systematically on loading screen

Hi,

I was enjoying my return to game (during current free log days campaign) and everything worked fine until I went to Kugane to unlock the last 24 member raid, The Orbonne Monastery. So I've speaked to Lina Mewrilah for the " The Path of Most Resistance" quest and I've accepted to get carried to Airship Landing. Game exit during loading screen.

From there, I've tried several times to relog but game always exit during loading screen (with the postman mog). On 4th attempt, i got this pop up :

I've uninstalled the game and I'm currently installing it again...

No more bug so far after successfully installing the game again. Hopefully I got optical fiber connections.
