[Eureka] Tracking Player Counts / Reduce NM Requirements?

So we know that the split is going to affect Eureka players. This thread is designed to help track how many folks are in Eureka and help the devs assess how badly they need to nerf the requirements for an NM spawn in each zone. I normally play in the early morning and had no problem having over 100 people on at this hour. If today is telling, there's no possible way I can play at this hour with these numbers.

Last Week Tuesday: 104 players online
Now: 35 players JUST CLOSED. Now 8.

Now we know that NM difficulty adjusts, that's not the issue.
The issue is spawn rate and the requirements to trigger NMs

8/144 Anemos -- One JUST closed at 35/144
80/144 Pagos (Good job, nerf)
28/144 Pyros
11/144 Hydatos -- One JUST closed at 33/144
