You mean it is temporarily closed for character creation? That happens to most servers now and then, especially during prime time.

Except Balmung is one of the exceptions where it is usually closed, indefinitely. No matter what time of day. Was only open for like 5 hrs before being closed again. XD Not really surprised it closed down again.
