Today was a bad choice for NA maintenance.

Several people in my FC have the day off for holiday and were hopping to get some game time in today and catch up.

Seems like a pretty poor choice of day. Oh well I guess. Maybe some advice for next time.

Edit: People replying with the "you were told months ago" don't even know that's irrelevant. People are NOT taking the day off work. They get the day off as a holiday!

This was announced 2 months ago. Not SE's fault people don't keep up to date on information.

Kind of poor planning on their part. We've had several weeks notice of this maintenance. We were told that it would take 24 hours.

To add Easter is a weird holiday as it continuously moves around every year just bad timing just have to deal with it

And some players don't have today off as holiday, I means it's a Japanese game, their public holidays are not going to be the same. If they catered maintenance to avoid clashing with other countries' holidays nothing would ever get done quick enough.

Yup, off work sick today and have a chance to play all day. Oh well guess i'll listen to my audio book while finishing Witcher EE.

Imagine being upset over a 24hr maintenance that was told to the public well in advance. lmfao some people just can't be pleased.

But they even have an eastern-event in the game, so I can see why people are complaining.

Easter Sunday was yesterday. Not today. SE has to account for floating holidays now?

Most people I know are working right now. I wish I was one of them.
