Reminder: FC Housing will not be reimbursed with transfer.

As it stands at the time of posting this, you must leave your FC before initiating a transfer. If you're looking to hop servers, your fc and the house that belongs to it will be left behind. The reimbursement bonus is only for personal properties (personal house and/or apartment) that your character owns at the time of transfer. Make sure any item you wish to take with you are in your character's inventory or your retainers. Housing storage is attached to the house, not your character. When you transfer, anything in the house or its storage are destroyed, never to be seen again.
