feast season rewards question

can someone clear this up for me?

the armor set/mount for the current season is a warded to the top 100 players each datacenter

is this tied to there tier ranking aswell? as in only the top 100 of the diamond tier?
or is it top 100 per tier?

The rewards go out to the top 100 players in each data center overall, not per ranking tier. Hope that clarifies!
