Now I'm just sad...

My main realm is Zalera, and I just got back from a months-long break from not being able to keep up my sub. I've been back for a few days now, and finally decided to start up an alt so I can experience the beginning of the game again. I was looking at the character creator less than 24 hours ago, but couldn't decide what I wanted to make. Today, I knew exactly what I wanted to make, and logged on to make a new character aaaaand....


Zalera is congested. RIP me. Any idea if this is because of the upcoming realm shenanigans on tuesday? Or is it because it's the weekend? I'm not even mad at this point, I just want to be able to make my miqo'te and re-experience the MSQ without having to leave my FC and home world.

I want to say it’s because a popular streamer decided to make an alt on our server and told his fan - base to follow him : ) So you have him to thank. But on a more positive note — I think it frees up at strange hours, so like early in the morning and late at night? That’s what I’ve been hearing from different people. We just recently had an FC member’s boyfriend successfully create one, but I don’t remember what time it was when he did it.

Usually, if you try to log in/create a character in the early morning, it works better. I noticed this for most servers, hopefully it will be the same for Zalera :)
