Party Finder seems to be having a lot of issues at the moment. It isn't letting you queue up once your group is set. Keeps giving errors.
The PF issues on Aether have been ongoing since Yesterday Morning PST. I feel like they're going to ignore it until maintence and destroy any hope of "one last run before we can never queue with our friends ever again" Runs to remember friends and static-mates by.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a cross-world party (either in party finder and fill up OR invite 7 other friends)
2. Open duty finder and try to start an 8-man raid (will trigger lag and "member does not meet duty requirement" error)
3. Try to pass leader to another party member (doesn't matter if same world or different world, will take several minutes to happen)
4. Try to have a party member leave the party (will take several minutes)
5. Try to disband party (will take several minutes)
Issue appears to only affect fully formed cross-world party finder groups. When fully formed and trying to queue into a dungeon/raid, game appears to lag and after about 10 seconds duty will pop for all party members but after everyone accepting, leader will get an error stating that a member does not meet duty requirements.
Attempting to pass leader to another member does not show until roughly about 5 minutes, even if the member that is getting leader role passed to it is in the same world as the current leader.
Trying to leave or disband a cross-world party takes roughly about a minute before it is accepted and you leave the party or the party is disbanded.
Issue DOES NOT happen if it's a same world party with full 8 players OR if the party is not completely filled.
