[Bug] Dyes for Hydatos Tank Gear

Frequency: Has happened at least 3x in last hour, acquired just today.
Issue: Dye does not seem to stay on the lower half of the Hydatos gear set for the tanks. Image shows that each item is dyed and that the lower half should be black, however it is white. This seems to frequently happen after mounting/dismounting, but also happens after making a dye selection.

Comparatively, the colors are nowhere near close to one another. The top and bottom half should be the same color as it's the same piece.
