The two fights with Noctis are solo duties. You don't need to queue for them. And Noctis only dies if you are terrible at doing the mechanics and kill him yourself with your aoes/not stacking/not standing in pillars/not linking with him to speed up the last fight.

And what potd/zhloe event? There is no event relating to those going on. Also level 70 is not needed for anything relating to the event. You are synced down to level 50 for all battle content for it. There is no rush to complete the event. Take your time, do your CHALLENGE LOG for all the MGP you need, and enjoy the pretty music.
