Launcher is blank, black, error11003,cannot fix, on Mac

Please help, this issue started this morning, game worked yesterday.

The launcher is black square with no words or graphic, unclickable. I redownloaded the MAC app, deleted cache files, deleted the old launcher,app but still nothing. Once I got a boot error 11003 but cannot find solution.

Mojave 10.14.4

Help as this is during limited time seasonal event and would like get into game ASAP, new player here.

Where in game does the crash happen? Does this occur when you are loading the game? Or does this happen when you logged into a character?
