Meldable AF Gear?

I thought I read a dev post about AF gear being meldable... or was it just a dream?

It was a dream lol.
AF gear is supposed to be on par with double melded gear...perhaps slightly stronger...from what I remember.

Imagine losing a piece of AF gear that you can only get a from a non-repeatable quest...

Yeah, its not meldable and has been confirmed as such.

Shame its not - its a wasted opportunity big time.
