I'd advise avoiding the 2nd fight of this event. It's causing an issue with characters getting stuck in a 90k error loop. I currently am affected by this. Just thought I'd post it here so others are aware.
Edit: For Clarification, It's the second instance fight with Garuda.
Edit 2: It's fixed. Log back in your characters to progress.
I'm in that very loop right now. I can't play now because I auto disconnect trying to log back in.
