Subscription Problem no 'heading' gives me that choice HELP

After some absence I have come back and renewed my subscription,

TWICE I have given them my cc number details but every time it still says that my account is inactive

I have no idea what is going on and there is no place where I can ask! I don't want to keep on paying and in the end have spent a heap of money that maybe went into a bottomless pit!

(Last time I left game because I purchased the Expansion which somehow went to Europe and they sent me details for 'the Europe expansion". I had no use for it but they did not care and one sent me to another and after struggling with it for a month I was fed up and thought I will never again touch this game. Well I want to come back but I see it is still complicated and I need to be Einstein to work it out. Maybe some Einstein can explain to me how I can get a 'subscription' and assure me my money I keep sending them via my cc is not going into a bottomless pit)
