Question regarding data center adjustments

I have seen information posted several times about details regarding moving of servers for the data center change but there are some specifics I would love to have information for. Two questions in particular.

Will we be restricted on where we can move to? I would not expect to be able to move into servers that are not currently allowing new players. Are there restrictions other than that?

For an entire FC that moves, what happens to the Gil spent on the FC house? Will that be reimbursed to the FC leader as well? Will it be lost?

But for FC Members you'll likely have to find each other and get invited back to the FC again, and if anyone has an apartment and/or private room remove what you can! and don't use the storage in the apartment or private room either, and remove all chocobos seems like any exp gained will be lost if not manually removed after training, and if other players end up being kicked or auto-kick cause of this that might happen! If kicked most items from a private room will be at an NPC <I'll update the name later idk know right now, even ceiling lights and walls and floor will be at NPC idk about paintings!

You can't transfer to a Congested world, but all other worlds are available as transfer targets.

Any character that is to be transferred must first leave any FC they are part of. Thus no reimbursements for any FC stuff.

As the leader of my FC, would I be able to keep the money spent on our FC home so that I can purchase a new one once we transfer?

There is no compensation for FC houses.
Since your character can't be in a free company to use the transfer service you'll need to leave your FC to be able to transfer.

Some people are leaving an alt behind as a leader to wait the 45-days demolition timer and get 80% or finding someone to buy their FC before the transfer to recover some gil back.
Unfortunately SE didn't create anything to help free companies. :(

Oh, I read what you asked. You have to leave your FC before you can transfer, so you won't be the leader of any FC at all when you transfer - and certainly not the owner of any FC home. So no, you will not be able to keep any money spent on an FC house that you will no longer be associated with.
If you want to get any money for your FC house you will have to arrange that in some other way, before you leave the FC.
