LFM MC Static for 5.0 and beyond

Hey there
I am creating static for 5.0.I used to be a raider in SB but decide took a break didn't touch Alphascape because of RL and burnout of this game but, now with new expansion on horizon and stuff I get interested in it I'm ready to give a go!

Currently we are 4 members with 2 on pending (I'll update whenever I get the response)

I need: SCH or AST,Melee DPS

Goals:8-9 weeks to clear the raid

Requirements:
Interview (needed on discord)
-Have raid experiences on FF14 in Stormblood
-Accept construct criticizing in raid
-Be able to be adaptable to change strategies if needed it
-Be respectful
-Be able meet the times of raids
-Be communicative for strategies (communication is key to win) or cannot make days (so we gonna change days or whatever team wants)
-Use Discord (is required)
-Having clear mentality with inch be better for each clear
-Help Each Other to be better (if cannot improve sorry bud going to kick you)

Times: 7 PM EST to 10 PM EST TUES/WED/THURS
