Lobby Server Connection Problem

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right spot, but I have been unable to log in for about twenty minutes now. Screen says "The lobby server connection has encountered an error" then kicks me out.

The farthest I've gotten in attempting to log in was the character selection screen. Sometimes it boots me on the title page.

I've tried checking internet connection (console) and far as I can tell everything is in order there. Turned the device off and on again a few times too. I'm on Primal, not sure if this is a problem on my end or if something hitting other people too?

EDIT: Apparently happening to a bunch of people, never mind.
