i hev buy the complete edition but...

I hev buy the complete edition, installed the game ( i hev the free trial standard from one month ) and put the promotion code on the psn, buth when i hev put the promotion code it say " you cunt install because you hev alredy installed ( they are 11gb )" so the promotion code is useles ? however in the mog station is write that i hev not unlock heavensword and stormblod ( it say BUY ).

Wath i need to do ? Thank you :3

EDIT : ah! and i hev done the subscription for 180 days! :3
