Steps:
1. I bought a Promise of Devotion (Platinum) from the Mogstation on April 4th for $20 at 1:04AM.
2. My friend Frieda Evarona bought a free Promise of Innocence and picked up the quest "The Ties That Bind" from Claribel.
3. I attempted to pick up the quest "The Ties That Bind" but was warned that my Promise of Devotion (Platinum) would be demoted to the free Promise of Innocence should I accept the quest.
4. I declined to pick up the quest "The Ties That Bind"
5. I bought a Promise of Devotion (Platinum) code to send to my friend.
6.My friend Frieda Evarona collected her Promise of Devotion (Platinum) and attempted to delete her free Promise of Innocence.
7. I leave party and log out.
8. On April 8th at 12:10am server time I form a party with Frieda Evarona and we equip our Promise of Devotion (Platinum)
9. My Promise of Devotion (Platinum) is now a regular Promise of Devotion.
10. Neither of us can pick up "The Ties That Bind" from Claribel.
