Cannot login with character into Idyllshire

I teleported to Idyllshire as female miqote level 58 dark knight.
I crash on the loading screen and do not enter the world
I get the error "An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting Final Fantasy XIV.(5)" and crash to desktop.
This is 100% reproducible.
I have tried changing my settings to default, and I have also restarted my computer, and I have installed and uninstalled the game.

I still cannot login with the character. I still encounter the same error.

Is this the only character that this happens with? Can you log into any of your other characters? If so, you might want to try deleting the locally saved data (located: My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make a backup of this folder just in case this doesn't resolve the issue.

If after this you still cannot log in, please respond back with a Final Fantasy XIV system report. Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

I can log in with a second character I still cannot login with my first character after deleting locally saved data. Here is the system report. I don't think you'll find anything wrong with it, this looks like a server side bug to me

I still cannot login with this character at all. Once it is tomorrow, I will have been unable to login to this character for a week.
If you can teleport my character out of Idyllshire, I'm 80% sure that will fix it. The game was working fine until I tried to go to the city
