New player looking for FC

Hello.

I am currently levelling from 1-70.

For the past 3 days I've reached 54, but now I am blocked by not having a FC or friends, since I wait for hours, before I can join Dungeons, since the duty finder is so slow :(

So I am looking for an FC.

I hope someone can help.
