A fatal directx error has occurred

Hello there,

I recently started experiencing this issue with the exact below message, which causes a crash to desktop.

"a fatal directx error has occurred.(11000002)"

I recently tried out reshade on 31/03/19 and this is when the issue began as it matches my issues in my Event Viewer.
I have since completely uninstalled reshade and performed a fresh install of FF14.
Additionally I have also update my Graphics driver today 02/04/19 to see if this would resolve the issue, sadly it did not.

How long have you been experiencing this issue? Also could you provide the full error message on your next reply? Does this crash happen on DirectX 11? Or does it happen on DirectX 9 as well?

The error is: "a fatal directx error has occurred.(11000002)"

This started on the 31/03/19 and coincides with the day I installed reshade, I have since uninstalled this and I have completely installed a fresh version of FF14, however the error keeps occurring.
I have not attempted DirectX 9 though as the game was running fine for me on DirectX 11 for nearly a month.

Could you try running the game on Direct X 9 and see if it crashes? Other than updating the graphics drivers, what else have you tried to alleviate the issue? Have any updates or changes been made to the PC?
