Cactuar's Hunts Linkshells and World Visit going forward?

I want to start by saying I absolutely love the Cactuar hunt scene. People are generous and kind. You've all made hunts enjoyable.

I have a few questions:
I've had some moments where I wanted to help scout but I never knew if it was already scouted before or if a train is about to be conducted. Are there special linkshells for this? Discord? I know I'm fairly casual about it but I'd love to be able to jump in and help when I have the time.

Additionally, are there plans for what World Visit is going to be like?
