I'm trying to find out what the beginning quest is for the quest as you wishso I can do the quest for the Navel help
The regular fight against Titan? Keep doing the main storyline (main story quests have a flaming meteor icon) as the story will eventually take you to the Navel to fight Titan (the specific main story quest before 'As You Wish' is 'In the Company of Heroes', which starts in Costa del Sol from Y'shtola.
This page lists the story around where you are so follow it along and you'll eventually find yourself fighting the Lord of Crags.
