Main Quest Stuck

I was on the Omega server when the crash happened earlier today, and I now realise that something has gone HORRIBLY wrong.

I was on the quest "Winning Over the Wyrm" and within the duty for Sohr Khai.
I had JUST finished. Items and commendations were received, and I was exiting the instance and entering into the next cutscene when the crash happened.

When I was finally able to re-enter into the game, I was dismayed to find that "Use the Duty Finder to enter Sohr Khai" remained unchecked on the quest.
Still, the duty was indeed checked off within my duty log.
I was upset (the queue for it was horrendous), but I tried again and completed the dungeon yet again. But still, the mission was not checked off!
I then came to the horrible realisation that the quest must be bugged/glitched. I thought to abandon the mission entirely and re-acquire it, but it turns out that you CAN'T abandon Main Story Quests. So, I am essentially stuck in this section of this game. Forever. I think I need some help. ;_; And a hug....
