mouse issues

Starting this week I noticed that when in Full screen mode my mouse disappears at the bottom of the screen and then the screen goes dark. All action just stops for a second and then resumes. When in border less window mode (mode I been using for over 2 years) the screen flickers and I stop moving. Not a good thing when trying to tank. I submitted a ticket to SE and just wanted to see if anyone else is having this issue. My son plays also and he doesn't have that problem on his computer and he plays in the same mode. I made sure my vid drivers are updated as well the OS ( Win 10). I have a Nvidia 1060 GTX card and he is running a 1050 ti card. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Update.. NVM I found the issue. I run a program Mouse without borders and realize it was running. It causes issues with windows 10 trying to connect to my other computer.
